These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReCaption ("the Extension", "the Product"), a caption correction and generation extension for Adobe Premiere Pro, operated by Creative Koncepts Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using ReCaption, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ReCaption. By using the Product, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
To use ReCaption, you must provide your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at kyle@creativekoncepts.co if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive 10 free AI caption corrections upon registration. No credit card is required for the free trial. Once your free corrections are used, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using AI-powered features.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
ReCaption is offered under the following paid plans:
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with ReCaption for any reason, contact us at kyle@creativekoncepts.co within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Refunds beyond the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ReCaption on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

ReCaption processes your content using third-party AI services:
Audio and text data are transmitted to these services only when you actively initiate a correction or generation action. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
You retain all rights to the content you process through ReCaption. We do not claim ownership of your audio, captions, or any output generated by the Extension.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process content through the Service, including any audio recordings, transcripts, or text.

ReCaption, including its design, code, templates, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Creative Koncepts Media LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The Motion Graphics templates (.mogrt files) included with ReCaption are licensed for use exclusively within the Extension and may not be extracted, redistributed, or used independently.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Extension at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified functionality.
We strive to keep ReCaption available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party API outages.
ReCaption is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated corrections, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated corrections or transcriptions will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing or distributing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Koncepts Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of ReCaption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Koncepts Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to ReCaption at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your license to use the Extension immediately ceases. Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at kyle@creativekoncepts.co. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.
